Building Management Solutions. Servilux’s wireless solutions connects devices wirelessly thru a platform offering high scalability. The software license is free with free updates! Scale up: add devices, add rooms, add floors and control them using the same software platform. Our devices are connected to the platform via wifi that shows their status in real-time. Owners and managers are alerted real-time if any of the devices malfunctioned.

LIGHTING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Lighting Testing Laboratory. Using the latest technology in luminaire testing, we provide accurate analysis of your lighting fixtures to ensure you are getting the right product. We use an integrating sphere that measures the quantity and quality of light of a specific lighting fixture.

Lighting Management/ Maintenance Program. Servilux offers a regular lighting maintenance program that checks, among others, hardware, illumination (lux) levels and lighting quality of installed lighting systems. Through regular visits, we measure lighting levels using spectrometers and submit measurement reports to show how much of it has changed in both quantity and quality. This will ensure that your spaces are properly lit all year round while reducing cost of energy, maintenance and of work interruptions.
LED LIGHTING FIXTURES
LED Lighting Fixtures. In an intelligent building, you need intelligent lighting. We offer a wide variety of LED lighting fixtures that can be wirelessly controlled, on/off and dimmed individually or by group -regardless of the wiring connections and locations.
Our LED lighting fixtures are replaceable by parts. If any of the hardware parts are damaged or worn-out, these parts can be replaced: upgrade LED chips, replace drivers, change reflectors, change shape or color of outer frames, etc.
